In addition to my current obsessions with thigh high tights, and those Chuck Bass bow ties, I would like to add button-ups/button-downs (Which ever way you choose to say it) to the list, and their ridiculously good looking collars. They have just the right amount of femininity with a classic twist. It looks like Alexa Chung didn't do so bad, rekindling this trend a couple years ago. Recently, it hasn't been hard to go blog hopping on all these internet divas, on a mission for the perfect outfit. So, the final question is who wore it best?
